A different kind of operator.
I'm not a big-firm consultant reading off a framework, and I'm not an agency reselling off-the-shelf software. I studied neuroscience and business economics at Notre Dame — how decisions and systems actually work — and I build with the modern AI stack most local firms haven't touched yet.
What I'm genuinely expert at is this: understanding a process and breaking it down to the studs, until I can name exactly where it's losing money or time. When the fix is worth building, I build it — custom, to your needs, at your speed. Then I stay until you're actually using it — because a solution you don't use isn't one.
By design, I take on only a handful of engagements at a time. That's what lets me work in person, go deep on a single business, and stay until the system is running — the difference between a boutique partner and a vendor.
